Wire Basket

After some regret, I returned to the local antique store & purchased a unique wire basket.  It was around $15, if I recall.   It's so cute, I just have to share it with you!

It took some time, finding anything that would fit in it.  A potted garden annual that I'm overwintering indoors was just what I needed!

Perfect fit!
It looks pretty healthy too, considering the transition to indoors last fall!
The little plant stake was a quick paper creation.

If you have one of these baskets, I'd love to hear what YOU use it for!

  1. I think you got a very good buy. Perfect for your potted plant. Not sure of the size, but could be used in the kitchen for a utensil holder or to store and display linen napkins. I am a happy new follower from Wow us Wednesdays

  2. Very cool...I love how you used it to hold a plant. I'd probably use it for either that or a fruit basket on the kitchen table.
