Colorful Cones

This post is dedicated to my sister, who loves all things bright & colorful!  She also convinced me to get on Pintrest, which I was reluctant to do.  Now, I encourage everyone to try it.

Now here is MY version:

I chose not to buy quarts of bright paints.  Instead, I bought small tubes of craft paint.  I dumped it in a gallon ziploc, added a bit of water & shook it all up.  The cones came out mostly coated.  More of a frosted look.
